I have walked up and around Moel Famau (Mother Mountain in Welsh) as have thousands who live in or visit the Clwydian Range in Flintshire/ Denbighshire. This image was taken from a photo taken by a friend which was perfect for what I wanted. The "lump" on the top is the Jubilee tower built for the golden jubilee of “mad” King George III over 200 years ago, the Jubilee Tower changed the profile of Moel Famau and its foundation stone was laid with great fanfare on Thursday, 25th October 1810.
By demand, I have produced coasters and bone china mugs with the image. I also have small prints on Bockingford watercolour printable paper along with printed greeting cards.
My stock can be found in Cilcain Village Hall Community Shop. If you cannot get there, turn to my shop page and you can order from there, or arrange to pick up from myself in Mold, Flintshire.
