Clwydian Creatives Art Trail took off in 2021 after the closure of Helfa Gelf. It runs on every weekend throughout September with artists, craftspeople in studios and groups in village halls in Denbighshire and Flintshire. Up to 66 people are taking part for part or all of the weekends. Attached is the map and chart which tells you when and where people will be. A brilliant way to see and speak with people, see how they make their art and maybe get a chance to take a little piece home to treasure.
I am part of the Cilcain artisans who will be taking part over the first two weekends in the village hall in beautiful Cilcain.
Each weekend we will have 5 people beavering away, but have 7 of us rotating this year. Hand made books, bone china mugs, pastels, water colours, paper jewellery, upcycled and tweaked fabrics, natural dyes, felts, enamel jewellery and traditional upholstery - all being demonstrated and for sale
FREE TO VISIT!!
We have a small car park, wheelchair access, toilets and a café selling tea, coffee and home made cakes. Light lunches also on Friday and Saturday Visit the web site for opening times - please check each artist you visit as times vary. http://clwydian-creatives-art-trail.business.site (20+) Clwydian Creatives Art Trail 2022 | Facebook
